Market Rules

Outbidr is a live, transparent public attention market. Placement on the leaderboard is determined strictly by confirmed bids:

• Minimum Bid: All bids must be whole dollar integer amounts between $1 and $10,000,000.
• Outbidding: To claim a higher rank, your new bid must exceed the target position's current bid by at least $1.
• #1 Position: The highest all-time confirmed bid holds the top spot on the leaderboard.
• Non-Refundable: Bids represent direct purchases of leaderboard attention/exposure. Once an order is paid and settled, bids cannot be retracted or refunded.

In addition to the All-Time board, Outbidr runs a 24-hour daily competition cycle:

• Daily Reset: A new daily competition starts every day at 00:00 UTC and ends at 23:59:59 UTC.
• Daily Champion: The product with the highest confirmed bid placed during that specific UTC day wins the day.
• Permanent Archive: Standings at midnight UTC are frozen into historical snapshots and permanently viewable on the Daily page.

We enforce strict quality and safety guidelines. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Malware, spyware, phishing, or deceptive security threats.
• Illegal goods, services, fraudulent investment schemes, or scams.
• Hate speech, harassment, defamation, or violence.
• Explicit adult, pornographic, or non-consensual sexual material.
• Broken or dead domains with no functional public landing page.

Violating listings will be unlisted or removed without refund.

Any user can submit and bid on a public domain. However, product makers and owners can claim verified ownership:

• Makers can generate a unique verification token on their product dashboard.
• Add a DNS TXT record or an HTML <meta> tag to your website root.
• Once verified, your listing receives a permanent green verified checkmark.

Outbidr is an independent clean-room software project provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee specific web traffic, sales conversions, or search engine rankings from your leaderboard placement.
• We reserve the right to moderate, re-categorize, or unlist domains that violate safety rules.
• All commercial transactions are fulfilled by Dodo Payments Inc. as Merchant of Record.
